Indian Trail Plaza

Raymond & Associates is pleased to announce a new shopping center, Indian Trail Plaza. Lowe's Home Centers was the first store to open January 13, 2006, in the 300,000 sq. ft. shopping center.

A 20,000 sq. ft outparcel building, just north of 65th Street along Highway 31 in Kenosha, WI, now open with various tenants such as Qdoba Mexican Grill, Cost Cutters, Jimmy John’s, American Cash 2 Go, and Batteries Plus, ranging from 1,600 sq. ft. to 4,800 sq. ft.

Bank Mutual opened January 15 with 4,864 sq. ft. Two other “Inline” buildings with Red Robin Restaurant, Rocky Rococo’s Pizza, Utopia Nails & Spa, and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream (all open). For leasing information, click here.
